Delivery and Returns Policy
Delivery Policy
We aim to deliver your order within 5 working days; however, this cannot be guaranteed. We will keep you updated throughout the delivery process and if you order cannot be delivered in time for the estimated delivery date, you are entitled to a refund.
Item (s) will be delivered to the address you provide at checkout. This can be amended if you contact us and if the order has not already been dispatched.
Delivery to UK Mainland is charged at a flat rate £9.99 per order.
Parts Returns Policy
All items eligible for return, carry a 10% handling charge calculated against the sell-out value on the original invoice.
A credit will be issued immediately on receipt of return item(s) and all refunds will be issued through the same method as the original payment. Any refunds can take up to 10 working days to clear.
Special order parts, which do not form part of our normal inventory will not be accepted for credit unless prior consent is received from the Parts Manager/Supervisor. These parts are clearly identified on each invoice before the part number with the term ‘N/STOCK’ or ‘N/STK’ clearly shown.
Parts Not Required
Returned item(s) must be in perfect physical condition, this includes all original packaging (not broken, damaged and/or wrote on).
All parts must be returned within 20 days of invoice date in the original packaging in the condition mentioned above.
Only parts with a retail price of £20.00 or greater per unit can be returned.
Any parts painted or modified from original condition are non-returnable as are all electrical items, control units and safety related parts.
Discrepancy Claims
In line with our conditions of sales, claims for alleged discrepancies will only be accepted if they are brought to our attention within 24 hours of date of receipt. Any item(s) which has been modified from it’s original condition and/or any damage to the packaging will void any discrepancy claim. The buyer is responsible for checking the correct parts have been received.
Surcharge Parts
All surcharge old units must be returned within 10 days of invoice date in the replacement part’s packaging in the condition mentioned above. Surcharge items returned within this criteria will not carry a handling charge as mentioned above.
